The two-hour seminar is open to all and is suitable for those working in newspapers, online publishing, broadcast, PR and comms, government and the third sector.
It will cover the latest developments in:
- libel, slander and malicious falsehood
- privacy, data protection and GDPR
- contempt of court and other restrictions in reporting crime and the courts
- copyright
- law and social media
The seminar will take the form of presentations, practical discussion and Q&A.
